How to use the LumiLeads Studio
The Studio turns a brief into a captioned, multilingual short video (Hindi, Hinglish, Marathi, English), lets a person review it, and posts it to the connected channels only after approval. Nothing is published automatically.
Roles
Viewer sees everything. Reviewer approves, schedules and posts. Admin also manages users. New accounts start as viewer.
Safety
Every post needs a human approval bound to the exact caption and video file. Dry run simulates posting; the kill switch stops all publishing.
AI disclosure
AI presenters carry an on-screen label and a caption line. A real person's face or voice is used only with their signed consent.
1. Sign in
- Request an account with your username, e-mail and a password of 12+ characters.
- An administrator approves it. Then sign in with your username and password.
- Ask an admin for the reviewer role if you need to approve or post.
2. Make a video (Canvas tab)
- New workflow: pick a language, presenter, scenes and shots. Each shot is up to 8 seconds; longer videos are chained shots.
- Generate with Google Flow: the Runs tab lists every prompt and the step-by-step runbook (images with Nano Banana, video with Omni 1.1 Flash or Veo). Generation runs in the owner's own Google account.
- Attach the kept image and video takes on each node. Choose the best take with the picker.
- Assemble: trims, captions in four languages, the AI label and loudness are applied, and one draft per channel appears in Review.
3. Review and approve (Review tab)
- Watch the cut, read the preflight checks (length, sources, banned phrases, AI disclosure).
- Edit the caption if needed: an edit makes a new version that needs approval again.
- Approve. The planner picks the best posting window for that channel.
4. Schedule or post now
- On an approved post, Edit schedule sets a date and time (India time) or Post now sends it at the next worker cycle (about 10 seconds).
- The Calendar tab shows the week or month and can re-plan all approved posts.
- While dry run is on, posting is simulated. An admin turns dry run off once each channel has been tested.
- Admins can delete one post (Delete post in the right-hand panel) or several (tick them in the queue). A live YouTube, Facebook or Instagram post is deleted on the platform too, unless you untick that box; if it can't be, the post stays in the Studio with the reason.
5. Measure (Performance)
The Performance page shows views, engagement, e-mail results, growth vs conversion content and which hooks win, using numbers that came from the platforms.
Connected channels
YouTube and Facebook post through their official APIs; Instagram once its professional account is linked; other channels through Postiz or by hand. Channel tokens are stored encrypted on the server.
